There are two types of article

One: Definite (The)

Two: Indefinite (A, An)

Definite: (The) for specified nouns.

Indefinite: (A, An) for unspecified, singular, countable nouns.

Before a consonant sound ; before a vowel sound

Example: a book                     an apple    

                a pen                       an orange

                The book in you hand.

                The car keys .

                The sun .
