Types of sentence

        1)     Assertive                                                       

        2)     Interrogative                                 

        3)     Imperative

   4)     Exclamatory

  Assertive = show statement (carry full stop.) at the end.

  Interrogative = show Question (carry question mark?) at the end.

  By using "wh" family and "how" words. 

  Assertive; provide information

  Example; This is a chair.

  My name is Basit. (assertive) 

  This is not a pen. (negative)

  what is your name? (interrogative)

  Where are you? (interrogative)

  please give me water (Imperative)

  Don’t go outside   (Imperative)     

  Oh! he is no more. (exclamatory)

  Bravo! You won it. (exclamatory)   

  Sentence = subject (s) + predicate (p)

        Something about which the sentence .

       A part of sentence that gives information about subject.

       For example:  I   am teacher.             I have a pen.
